Jamie Lynn Spears Battle for Baby!
Jamie Lynn Spears is approaching a custody battle with sperm donor and cheating slut ball Casey Aldrige. The former couple share a 2 month old daughter who Jamie named Maddie. After Casey’s wannabe-fame-mongering ho spilled their teen angst filled sex affair to anyone who would listen, Spears is getting ready for the courtroom.
“He’s not a spiteful person,” a friend of his tells Star. But he feels he’s entitled to a chunk of Jamie Lynn’s millions. “He plays to win. He doesn’t really want full custody of Maddie, but he knows it might be his best weapon against Jamie Lynn.”
The walking STD-Goodie bag sounds like a Federline Junior. These girls sure know how to pick winners. According to sources Jamie Lynn has already cut off his cash supply. After spending over $8,000 in gas and sporting goods she has cut him off and is looking to sell their home in Mississippi.
All the stress of taking care of Maddie and getting ready to kick Casey in his little boy danglers has made her turn to fast food. She has reportedly become “addicted to greasy burgers and fries.” Her comfort eating even has older sister Britney worried.
Cody & Miley: Are They Dating?
She had a pretty public breakup with Nick Jonas of the Jonas Brothers back in late 2007 after dating for two years, and now it seems Miley Cyrus may be exploring romance again with a Hannah Montana co-star, Cody Linley.
The “Best of Both Worlds” songstress was spotted with Cody Linley as they left his place around 10pm last night (September 2) looking a bit like they were trying to avoid the paparazzi as best they could.
And though she and Nick are long gone, it sounds like Miss Cyrus gets a reminder of their relationship every time she performs her hit “7 Things.” The video’s director, Brett Ratner, revealed, “The necklace she’s wearing in the video is the necklace [the boy] gave her. She’s wearing his diabetes or medical necklace.”
Why does Miley have seven things she hates about Nick???
As it turns out, Jonas has type 1 diabetes; hence the necklace Cyrus wears in her video is his, making the song all about him.
We totally think that Cody and Miley are starting a new fling! 
Zac Efron Cover Teen Vogue Magazine!
The High School Musical 3: Senior Year actor, Zac Efron, covers the latest issue of Teen Vogue magazine.
He also chatted about his new movie 17 Again, which is supposed to be in theaters next year. “It was hard to play someone that I couldn’t relate to in the slightest. But the director taught me a lot about the art of acting, which I hadn’t been schooled in before. I’ve got a better understanding of what it means to be an actor now,” Zac told Teen Vogue.
And he also talked about his other feature film Me and Orson Welles: “I would never have, until now, called myself a movie buff. But I’ve found so many films that I never knew existed.”

Taylor Swift: New Albim Cover for “Fearless”
Here is the official album cover for country singer, Taylor Swift’s new sophomore album, Fearless.
The album is set to be released November 11 (via Big Machine Records).
The new album will feature 13 brand-new tracks! Including her latest release “Changes,” which was released for the 2008 Olympics. Also, “Breathe,” which is a collaboration between Taylor and one of her BFF’s Colbie Caillat (”Bubbly”).

Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson sure have been blogging a lot lately!
Samantha just posted an entry on her official blog about flying down to Australia for a DJ gig. She lists “Miss You / Far Away Eyes” by the Rolling Stones, as the song she’s currently listening to.
So who is the first one to leave a comment, Lindsay of course! Either these two are together or they are really good actresses… eh… they’re together.
Lindsay Lohan skips her Grandfather’s Funeral!
Lindsay Lohan skipped her paternal grandfather’s funeral. How cold can this cow get? Lind’s and her father Michael Lohan have been trading off nasty quips about each other and her girlfriend Samantha Ronson over the internet and in the press last week. Michael called Ronson a ‘parasite’ who is using Lindsay to further her career. I guess it takes one to know one.
“My father just, literally, died in my arms. I notified all my kids and my lawyer notified my ex-wife Dina’s attorney. Let’s see if she has the decency and respect to bring my kids to the wake and funeral.
“THIS will show her true colors! Thus, not even a call. But that’s par for the course with Dina! She didn’t even send a card or visit when he was sick.”
However, Lindsay posted on MySpace that she had “no contact” with her father. This really shows that media whore Michael’s ‘true colors’.
The 22 year old actress was in New York City over the weekend, but did not attend her grandfathers memorial service. Instead she took her BFF Samantha Ronson shopping in the East Village and had a great time.
Jamie Lynn Spears & Maddie Briann’s Girls Day Out!
Still getting adjusted to her teenage motherhood, Jamie-Lynn Spears was spotted out and about with her daughter Maddie Briann last Wednesday (August 27).
Joined by a hometown gal pal, the Zoey 101 starlet toted her 10-week-old daughter around in a portable carseat as they grebbed lunch at a local McComb, Mississippi restaurant.
And Miss Spears looked as youthful and fun as usual, sporting a flirty pink t-shirt teamed with a pair of green (with pink trim) jogging shorts and pink flip flops.
The only variable missing from this happy family equation was babydaddy Casey Aldridge, who was nowhere to be found. Then again, maybe it was just a girls’ day out.
And of course the photogs snapped a photo of cute little Maddie Briann!
Is Brenda Song A Future Cheetah Girl?
The Suite Life On Deck actress, Brenda Song, has been rumored to be a fourth Cheetah Girl, in a possible fourth installment of The Cheetah Girls series.
“We have a dream of an Asian theme. The Cheetah Girls in China, with Shanghai nights full of songs and dance,” Kiely Williams has stated.
The two, and Adrienne Bailon, become really good friends while doing the Disney Channel Games 2008.
It sounds like it could be better than One World!
Hopefully, if they do a fourth Cheetah Girls movie, Brenda will be apart of it!

New American Idol Judge:Kara DioGuardi!
Paula Abdul has gone a little crazy now. Now, she has someone to help baby sit her and explain that they can’t interrupt live tv so she can go get some French toast. Kara DioGuardi has joined the judges panel for American Idol. She will be a part of everything from the tryouts to the final show.
Paula spoke with John Jay and Rich on their radio show this morning. Of course she was tanked and stumbling over words. When asked about the addition to the judges table she rambled off some PC rehearsed answers stating how this is going to be a great dynamic. Then she lets her unrehearsed dialogue spew out.
“I am concerned about the audience and acceptance and uh…we’ll see. It takes the fun out of all the hard work I do to try and get these kids through.”
She’s not happy about this because she is still trying to score her some Simon and now she has a replacement lined up who is sober. This news also spreads that rumor. Abdul is said to be on her way out as a judge for Idol.

Britney & Justin are Back!
The long awaited reunion of Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake has finally happened.
According to the NY Post, the guy who thinks he brought “Sexy Back” (when did it leave?) and Britney were supposed to record a duet on last year’s “Blackout” album. However, Britney had her little breakdown of head shaving and locking herself in the bathroom, with that crazy weave, while running around with that Sam Lufti freak. She failed to show up at the studio for the recording session at Justin’s Virginia Beach recording studio for collaboration.
This time, Spears was present and was even photographed leaving the Conway Studios where the rumored duet took place. Lynne Spears was following her daughter out of the studio and both looked pleased.
Timberlake and Spears were once a red hot item, but broke up in 2002 when the reports of cheating surfaced. Brit was accused of cheating with her choreographer and we all know how well that turned out for her.
Brit’s new album is due to spill on the air waves later this year.
