Jonas Brothers’ “Lovebug” is Inspired By The Movies “The Notebook” and “Juno”

Jonas Brothers has decided, as we all know, to release “Lovebug” as their second single from their latest album A Little Bit Longer, which sold over half of a million copies in its first week of release.

According to MTV News, the song and the music video is inspired by the hit blockbuster, The Notebook.

We love that SAD movie!!!

“We have a dream of what it can be,” Kevin Jonas said of the music video. “It’s about capturing that idea. We want to make sure it’s always right.”

They brothers wrote the song in 2007 while on the “Hannah Montana & Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds Concert” tour with Miley Cyrus. “We wrote it while on the Christmas break of the ‘Hannah Montana’ tour. So we were in the hotel room and sat down that night and wrote it in about 15 or 20 minutes,” Nick revealed.

Juno was one of our favorite movies at the time, and the soundtrack is always kind of odd, so we decided to put those elements in the song, and it came very nicely,” Nick explained about the vision of the song “Lovebug.”

We cannot wait to see how this video comes out!!!

cool…My favorite movie is the notebook. Its my all time favorite and wow did i cry alot! haha but its such an awesome song that anyone can relate to. It really helps when you have fallen in love with someone and then it all just ennds when there is a break up no matter how much you care about them. Sometimes it makes u wanna never get upand just wonder if your ex has moved on, and sadly sometimes they have but you will just have to heal up untill you fall in love agian, which seems to be a really hard thing to do after being heart broken. Neways i was very touched by tht song! 🙂
    love mariah xoxo
    god bless
